Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Director of Logistics Workstream for the Americas, based in Towson, MD or New Britain, CT. This hybrid, travel‑heavy role leads cross‑functional teams to design and deploy innovative logistics strategies.

You will drive baselines, scenarios, governance, and business cases with BU and regional partners. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ in leadership, and strong data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related business discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics workstreams from design to deployment in partnership with BU/Regional teams.
• Conduct baselining analyses and design scenarios to illustrate future possibilities.
• Build governance, implementation timelines and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and targets for strategic initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support cross-border deployments and stakeholder alignment.
