Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms to lead enterprise product management for platforms that deliver learning experiences to associates, clients, and consumers worldwide. The scope includes LMSs, internal apps, learner-facing AI, and related integrations.

You will own the learning platform ecosystem, set direction, partner across Learning and Technology, manage governance, vendor relationships, and drive data-driven, scalable, compliant experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing analysts/technical specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise roadmap for learning platforms and integrations.
• Partner across Learning, Analytics, and Technology teams to align delivery with strategy.
• Govern platform governance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven analytics, personalization, and compliant learning experiences.
• Lead a matrixed organization with emphasis on scalability and cross-functional collaboration.
