Qualifications

• Shipped learning platforms or products at scale and demonstrated learner outcomes.
• Understanding of enterprise learning models (academies, certifications, career paths, cohort programs).
• Experience defining proficiency scales and taxonomies and communicating them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Shape Degreed's learning experiences from self-paced paths to cohort programs.
• Own Degreed Academies enabling enterprise customers to deliver certifications and onboarding.
• Decide how skill data powers personalized learning recommendations.
• Direct the AI feature that identifies learner gaps and generates content to close them.
• Design the full learner journey from discovery to capability demonstration.
