Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Director, Field Deployment to lead a mobile team of launch managers, ensuring on-site readiness and precise execution across new studios, ownership transfers, and program support. You will own the deployment calendar, partner with leadership, and drive continuous improvement in field operations.

You will collaborate with Franchise Ops, DFOs, and head of Operations to deliver retraining, relaunch support, and scalable deployment processes for a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-unit operations.
• 3+ years in franchise operations.
• Experience with Mindbody and Axle.
• Experience managing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Launch Manager team, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
• Own deployment planning, capacity management, and calendar oversight.
• Provide on-site New Studio Launch support and readiness verification.
• Deliver on-site support for Performance Acceleration Program and ownership transfers.
• Coordinate on-site deployment for extended support and field improvements.
• Communicate deployment progress and handoffs to Franchise leadership.
