Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a Senior Operations Training Manager to own franchise-based Operations training delivered via RTSCs, including ORT and FBO 2. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve programs and resources, while measuring impact and reporting insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with DFOs, SMEs, and regional teams to create scalable training experiences, including workshops, onboarding, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D.
• Experience facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, presentation tools, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Own RTSC training program delivery including ORT and FBO 2.
• Lead or support franchisee-facing workshops with DFOs and SMEs.
• Develop, refresh, and maintain training resources and materials.
• Measure program effectiveness and report findings to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing education for regional teams.
• Travel up to 40% as required to support training delivery.
