Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a New Studio Openings Launch Manager to lead on-site openings, coach staff, and ensure brand standards during launches. You will travel frequently and provide post-visit insights to optimize future launches.

You will train owners, GMs, and frontline staff; strengthen client experiences and sales conversations, and represent the brand during high-energy studio openings across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in boutique fitness, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Proven sales performance and membership growth.

Responsibilities

• On-site launch support during the first days of a new franchise opening.
• Shadow and coach Studio Leads on client greetings, check-ins, and membership sales conversations.
• Observe instructors and provide feedback to ensure brand standards.
• Train teams on systems, technology, and A/V troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 85% of the time; be on-site at the Miami regional center between travel.
• Document observations and provide post-visit opening reports to leadership.
