Job summary

JETSET Franchising, LLC is seeking a Director, Field Deployment to lead a mobile team of launch managers delivering hands-on, on-site support across our franchise network. You will own the deployment plan, team development, and clear handoffs for successful studio openings.

The role partners with DFOs and Franchise Operations, requires strong planning, travel, and a hybrid Miami-based presence, and offers competitive compensation with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-unit operations, including 3+ years in franchise operations.
• Experience in a service-based, membership model business (fitness, wellness, beauty, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead Launch Manager Team and manage deployment planning and capacity.
• Own deployment calendar and coordinate with DFOs and Franchise Operations leadership.
• Match launch managers to assignments by skill, geography, and workload.
• Observe on-site execution and provide direct feedback to raise quality.
