Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising, a fast-growing fitness brand, seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager to bridge corporate marketing with franchisees, building local guides, approving activations, and supporting ROI-driven campaigns. You will work with franchise operators to launch and sustain effective local marketing in their markets, especially in the East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in field, local, or integrated marketing (franchise or multi-unit preferred).
• Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness/health industries preferred.
• Strong relationship management and ability to offer proper support while maintaining rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 360 marketing support and brand-standard guidance to franchisees.
• Create local marketing guides and studio starter resources.
• Adapt national campaigns for local impact.
• Monitor activations and track franchisee performance in CRM.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve local ROI.
