Job summary

GuideWell is building an Enterprise Strategy function and seeks a Director to lead strategy for a business segment, framing problems, guiding analysts, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leaders and the Board.

You will own engagements end to end, influence the engagement model and tools, and mentor analysts while maintaining alignment with enterprise strategy and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role, including leading engagements.
• Experience owning the strategy agenda for a business or major function, and advising its leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy agenda for an assigned business segment and frame key questions.
• Lead end-to-end strategic engagements, directing analysts and delivering decision-ready recommendations.
• Inform executive and board strategy processes with data, scenarios, and clear materials.
