Job summary

GuideWell is building an Enterprise Strategy team and seeks an Engagement Manager to run full engagements end to end. You will scope problems with sponsors, assemble and lead teams, own the storyline, and land a practical roadmap that senior leaders can act on.

You will manage executive-sponsor relationships, balance rigor with speed, and help grow a purpose-built strategy team toward Head of Enterprise Strategy roles.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• 7+ years leading project teams with accountability for outcomes.
• Post-MBA or MBA preferred; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and set actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Run a full engagement from scope to roadmap, with delivery accountability.
• Staff and structure the engagement team, manage pace and capacity.
• Own the analytic approach, balancing rigor with speed and sponsor expectations.
• Develop the engagement storyline and secure leadership buy-in for recommendations.
• Lead and develop Associates and Analysts, building playbooks and onboarding.
