Job summary

GuideWell, through its Enterprise Strategy team, seeks an Engagement Manager to run end-to-end strategy engagements for healthcare leaders. You will scope the problem, define the approach, build and lead the team, own the storyline, and land a data-driven roadmap that senior leaders will act on.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience.
7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role, including demonstrated experience leading project teams.
Demonstrated experience running projects end to end — scope, workplan, team, timeline, and quality — with accountability for the outcome.
Post-MBA consultants with demonstrated project leadership enter at this level or as a Senior Associate.
2+ years leading project teams; formal people-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Run a full engagement end to end — scope, workplan, team, timeline, and quality.
Staff and structure the team from the shared pool and manage pace and capacity.
Own delivery risk and anticipate derailments before they occur.
Own the analytic approach and balance rigor against speed.
Turn findings into an actionable roadmap and secure buy-in from senior leaders.
