Job summary

GuideWell, through its Enterprise Strategy team, seeks an Engagement Manager to run end-to-end strategy engagements for healthcare leaders. You will scope the problem, define the approach, build and lead the team, own the storyline, and land a data-driven roadmap that senior leaders will act on.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience.
• 7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role, including demonstrated experience leading project teams.
• Demonstrated experience running projects end to end — scope, workplan, team, timeline, and quality — with accountability for the outcome.
• Post-MBA consultants with demonstrated project leadership enter at this level or as a Senior Associate.
• 2+ years leading project teams; formal people-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a full engagement end to end — scope, workplan, team, timeline, and quality.
• Staff and structure the team from the shared pool and manage pace and capacity.
• Own delivery risk and anticipate derailments before they occur.
• Own the analytic approach and balance rigor against speed.
• Turn findings into an actionable roadmap and secure buy-in from senior leaders.
