Job summary

GuideWell is standing up its Enterprise Strategy team and seeks a Director to build it from the ground up. You will serve as the trusted strategy advisor to a GuideWell business, own engagements end to end, and present thinking directly to senior leadership and, where relevant, the Board.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience.
• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role, including significant experience leading engagements and senior relationships.
• Demonstrated experience owning the strategy agenda for a business or major function, and advising its leadership.
• Experienced Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Manager from a top-tier firm.

Responsibilities

• Own the Strategy Agenda for a Business Segment, framing strategic questions and shaping major bets and investments.
• Lead discrete, time-bound engagements end to end, directing a team of analysts and delivering decision-ready recommendations.
• Inform executive and board strategy processes with data, market intelligence, and scenario planning.
• Develop talent within the team, build shared methods and tools, and assist with recruiting and onboarding.
