Job summary

GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and hiring Engagement Managers to run full engagements end to end. You will scope problems, set the approach, build and lead the team, own the storyline, and land a recommendation and roadmap that senior leaders act on.

You will manage the sponsor relationship daily and be accountable for outcomes—balancing intellectual challenge with mission impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams and running end‑to‑end engagements.
• Ability to scope problems, define scope with sponsors, and reset scope when needed.
• Executive‑level communication and ability to tailor messages without softening conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end to end: scope, plan, team, timeline, and quality.
• Land a推荐 roadmap and ensure senior leaders buy‑in to the recommendations.
• Manage and develop a team of Associates and Analysts with clear coaching.
• Maintain the executive sponsor relationship and deepen segment expertise.
