Job summary

GuideWell, through its Florida Blue in-house Enterprise Strategy team, seeks an Engagement Manager to run full engagements end to end—scoping the problem, setting the approach, building and leading the team, and delivering a recommended roadmap senior leaders will act on.

You will own the executive sponsor relationship, guide Associates and Analysts, and help set playbooks and standards as an early team member, with visible paths to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end engagements with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and executive sponsorship management.

Responsibilities

• Run a full engagement from scoping to delivery and outcomes.
• Own the analytic approach and balance rigor with speed.
• Lead and develop the engagement team of Associates and Analysts.
• Land a clear recommendation and implementable roadmap.
• Maintain the executive sponsor relationship and align stakeholders.
