Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Director of Enterprise Strategy to lead end-to-end strategic engagements, framing problems, directing analysts, and delivering decision-ready recommendations to senior leaders and the Board.

You will build the in-house Enterprise Strategy team, shape engagement models and playbooks, and influence how the function operates while partnering across business units and corporate development.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in strategy or consulting.
• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Proven ability to own the strategy agenda and advise leadership.
• Experience leading engagements and senior relationships.
• Engagement Manager/Project Leader/Manager at top firms preferred.
• 5+ years leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or quantitative/health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy agenda for a business segment and drive alignment.
• Frame questions, shape bets, and translate strategy into a roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end engagements with a multi-analyst team.
• Present findings to senior leaders and the Board when needed.
• Coach analysts and build the practice through recruiting and mentoring.
• Build cross-enterprise relationships and inject outside-in thinking.
