Job summary

GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and hiring Engagement Managers to lead full-scale strategy engagements. You will scope problems, set the approach, build and lead the team, own the storyline, and land recommendations and roadmaps for senior leaders to act on.

You will manage the executive-sponsor relationship daily, drive the engagement from problem to decision, and help shape the playbooks, tools, and onboarding for a growing strategy function.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in strategy or consulting roles.
• 7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or comparable roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams and delivering end-to-end engagements.
• Post-MBA level leadership experience considered for higher placement.

Responsibilities

• Run a full engagement end to end — scope, workplan, team, timeline, quality.
• Own the analytic approach and balance rigor with speed.
• Own the storyline, roadmap, and buy-in from senior leaders.
• Manage and develop the engagement team (Associates/Analysts).
• Maintain the executive-sponsor relationship and anticipate regulatory/market shifts.
