Job summary

Florida Blue, part of GuideWell, seeks an Enterprise Strategy Director to lead the in-house strategy function. You will own strategic engagements end to end, frame questions, direct analysts, and deliver recommendations to senior leaders and the Board.

You will shape the engagement model and build the strategy practice within a mission-driven health-insurance leader. You will thrive turning ambiguous problems into actionable insights, influence across business units, and mentor the strategy team

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience.
• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role.
• Trusted advisor to leadership with real influence over major bets.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy agenda for a business or segment and frame key questions before analysis.
• Lead end-to-end strategic engagements with a team of analysts.
• Produce decision-ready materials for executives and, where relevant, the Board.
