Job summary

GuideWell's Transformation Office seeks a Senior Director to translate enterprise strategy into a designed, sequenced program of change across business architecture and process redesign. You will lead two disciplines, set standards, and report to the VP of Transformation and Performance to ensure alignment with the enterprise scorecard and AI-adoption metrics.
