Job summary

You will collaborate with executive leadership, develop KRIs, oversee claims handling, review contracts for risk and insurance provisions, and guide the surety program while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or MS in Risk Management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine an Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with company strategy and growth.
• Present risk analyses and program updates to executive leadership and the Board.
• Lead insurance renewals across all lines of coverage and manage captive/alternative risk financing initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end claims management and loss prevention initiatives across all lines of coverage.
• Review and negotiate risk-related provisions across contracts and ensure appropriate insurance provisions and coverage.
• Manage surety bonding program and related relationships with underwriters.
• Collaborate with Safety and Fleet to reduce loss frequency and severity.
