Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise risk management and related experience.
• Experience managing large insurance and risk-financing programs.
• Experience with captive/self-insurance and large deductibles.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and reporting to executives and the Board.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Safety, and Finance to integrate risk into project decisions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, KRIs, and risk dashboards.
• Oversee insurance programs: GL, workers' comp, auto, umbrella, property, cyber, etc.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing strategies and captive options.
• Lead surety program management and bonding strategies.
• Guide claims management and loss control initiatives.
• Mentor and develop risk management team while fostering collaboration.
