Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk strategy for solar, storage and substation projects. You will align operations, safety, finance and legal to strengthen risk posture and expand risk financing capabilities.

The role requires strategic partnership with executive leadership, management of KRIs and dashboards, and oversight of insurance and surety programs across national projects in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or master's in risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and report to executives.
• Advise the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Oversee insurance, surety, and captive risk financing programs.
