Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk efforts and advise executive leadership. This remote role focuses on building risk strategies, managing insurance and surety programs, and evaluating captive financing to support growth and project delivery.

You will collaborate with Operations, Preconstruction, Safety, Fleet, Finance, HR, and Legal to embed risk considerations into key business decisions and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management framework across the organization.
• Provide executive-level risk reporting and dashboards for decision making.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Finance and Legal to manage risk throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee insurance programs including property, casualty, cyber and professional liability.
• Evaluate captive and other risk financing structures.
