SOLV Energy, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk, insurance, surety, and loss prevention, aligning risk strategy with operations and growth.

You will partner with executive leadership, Operations, Legal, and Finance to develop KRIs, risk reporting, and sophisticated financing solutions, including captive programs, while strengthening the company's risk posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, project risk, construction risk, insurance, or operational risk in EPC, industrial construction, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Significant experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Experience with captive insurance, self-insurance, large deductible programs, or alternative risk financing structures preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and reporting.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial, contractual, and emerging risks.
• Oversee insurance programs and captive strategies.
• Guide surety, claims, and contract risk management.
• Partner with Safety, Legal, and Operations to reduce risk.
