Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk across the organization. You will shape strategy, oversee insurance, surety, claims, and alternative financing, and partner with Executive leadership to align risk with growth and operations in a fully remote role.

You will guide risk assessments, KRIs, and governance, while partnering with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Safety to reduce total cost of risk and strengthen the company’s risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and report to senior leadership.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board on enterprise and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, risk registers, and KRIs.
• Oversee executive risk reporting dashboards to support decision making.
• Identify emerging risks in construction, cybersecurity, and regulatory exposure.
• Participate in major initiatives to provide risk guidance across the organization.
