Job summary

RockED, the premier people development platform for the automotive industry, is seeking a senior, high-autonomy Program Manager for our Atlanta, GA on-site office. You will own a book of Tier 1 partner programs and mentor the Program Management team while collaborating across Content, Enterprise Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, account management, partner/customer success, or a similar client-facing operational role.
• Automotive or dealer-industry background strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate internal and external teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible presenting to executives.
• Strong reporting instincts and data-driven storytelling.
• Generalist skill set with execution, relationship management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Tier 1 partner programs (OEM and enterprise accounts).
• Serve as primary contact for partner and OEM stakeholders, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate with Content to shape training programs meeting partner and dealer needs.
• Own program health, usage reporting, refresh planning, and strategic guidance for activation.
• Build and deliver executive-ready reporting and business reviews for stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor Program Managers on strategy, partner management, and complex accounts.
• Work cross-functionally with Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing to remove adoption friction.
