Job summary

TE Connectivity’s Automotive Americas organization seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a team delivering customer programs from award through lifecycle, ensuring alignment with requirements, objectives and governance standards.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Sales and Finance to drive successful business outcomes, growth, and risk management across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of people-leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of automotive customer programs from award to launch and lifecycle management.
• Drive execution excellence across New Product Development, Sustaining projects, and customer initiatives.
• Oversee program reviews, escalation management, launch-readiness and recovery plans.
• Manage portfolio priorities and resource-allocation strategies to meet objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Sales and Finance to deliver outcomes.
