Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management across multiple workstreams.
• 6+ years with early career/co-op programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic initiatives across the Early Career Programs Team.
• Partner with business leaders to define strategy and build roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive consistency of internship experiences across multiple US locations.
• Ensure connection between strategy and operations to meet goals.
• Identify process improvements and create solutions across teams.
• Develop training for intern managers within assigned function(s).
