Job description

Reports to: Senior Director, Program Management

About RockED

RockED is the premier people development platform for the automotive industry. We deliver mobile-first, microlearning content to front-line dealership employees - sales associates, service advisors, F&I managers, and dealership leadership - helping OEMs, dealer service providers, and vendors reach and develop the people who drive dealership performance. Our platform is live across thousands of dealerships nationwide, and we're in a period of significant growth as more OEMs bring their training programs to RockED.

About the Role

RockED's Program Management team owns every Network Partner relationship after the deal is signed. As the team grows to support a larger partner book, we're adding a Program Manager to own the day-to-day success of a portfolio of partner programs - with the opportunity to support Tier 1 (OEM-scale) initiatives alongside our Directors and Senior PMs.

This is a foundational role on the team: you'll own real partner relationships and outcomes from day one. You should be comfortable being equally at home in a spreadsheet, a partner stakeholder meeting, or a status update to internal leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage day-to-day partner relationships for a portfolio of programs - from kickoff through launch and ongoing post-launch engagement
  • Build and execute partner program strategy: project plans, meeting agendas, performance reporting, and consistent, clear partner communication
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs, keeping internal and external teams aligned and on track
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner Experience to coordinate next steps and support partner deliverables
  • Run regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and reporting cycles - capturing notes, follow-ups, success metrics, and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor program performance and dealer engagement metrics, tracking milestones and flagging risks to senior team members early
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements that make the team more efficient and strengthen the partner experience
  • Support Tier 1 (OEM-scale) programs alongside senior team members as bandwidth and development allow
What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role - program management, account management, or customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with performance data and translating it into a clear update for partners and internal stakeholders
  • A collaborative, client-first mindset and genuine interest in growing within a program management career path
  • Automotive, dealer-industry, learning technology, or workforce development experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Able to travel occasionally (roughly 1-3 times per quarter) for partner meetings or company events
Nice to Have
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience with OEM, franchise, or dealer-network go-to-market models
  • Background in L&D, corporate training, or the broader EdTech/LMS space
  • Experience with mobile-first consumer or enterprise products
Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Senior Director of Program Management and join a 7-person team responsible for every Network Partner relationship post-sale. You'll work daily alongside Content, and regularly with Enterprise Sales, Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing.
