Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead a team of PMO Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators delivering strategic product development and business initiatives across the PMB. You will oversee execution, governance, resource planning, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment between priorities and execution.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach PMO Manager and Project Managers, with accountability and execution excellence.
• Provide guidance to establish PMO policies, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Report status, risks, and resource constraints across major programs.
• Align priorities and resources with strategic objectives.
• Lead resource planning to utilize PMO resources effectively.
• Champion Agile, Hybrid SAFe, and traditional practices as appropriate.
