Job summary

RockED is seeking a Performance Manager to own post-sale relationships with dealerships and OEMs. You will serve as a strategic advisor, translate business goals into measurable learning outcomes, and drive adoption to deliver value for RockED customers.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and to identify expansion opportunities. Expect 35–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Industry experience in Automotive, SaaS, or learning solutions is a plus.
• Strong consultative and storytelling skills tied to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationship with dealerships and OEMs.
• Define success plans with milestones, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Product, and Marketing.
• Drive activation and engagement by aligning RockED content to priorities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor account health.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and renewals.
