Rhodes Wolfe seeks an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales for Life Sciences Software in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and pursue new business from warm leads, focusing on Pharma and Life Sciences customers.

You will engage with CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and business leaders to close multi‑million dollar deals, align with delivery teams, and drive long-term growth across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in software consulting.
• 3+ years of technical consulting services sales experience.
• Data and/or AI platform sales experience.
• 3+ years of pharma or life sciences industry experience.
• Enterprise account management and growth experience.
• Pricing strategy, proposal, and strategic plan development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic enterprise accounts and expand relationships across stakeholders.
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and close deals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to account contacts and influencers.
• Identify and drive new opportunities and quota achievement.
• Lead consultative, solution-oriented conversations with buyers.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies to support expansion.
• Create pitches, proposals, and pricing strategies to win new work.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align on solutions.
