Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience selling solutions into Pharma and Med Device/Life Science customers
• Demonstrated success selling new solutions in emerging markets
• Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets and international expansion
• Advise clients on leveraging WK products while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to grow offerings
• Develop compelling sales presentations and demonstrations aligned to client objectives
• Manage the complete sales cycle from strategy through implementation
