Job summary

Versova is seeking a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner to design and sustain learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive performance and engagement across our enterprise.

The role partners with People Operations leadership and business leaders to build scalable development systems, strengthen leadership capability, and enable successful organizational change across the network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in learning, organizational development, or People Operations roles.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development and learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational effectiveness using engagement, performance, and workforce data.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve role clarity, team effectiveness, and operating models.
• Develop and own the enterprise learning and development strategy.
• Design, implement, and improve onboarding, role-based, and leadership programs.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data for continuous improvement.
• Deliver leadership development programs across leadership levels.
• Coach leaders on people leadership, accountability, and performance.
