Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Director, Enterprise L&D to own the systems, programs, and infrastructure powering Loenbro University. You will lead the learning-technology stack, reporting, instructional design, and enterprise programs, partnering with senior leadership to ensure data-driven visibility and scalable training.

The role oversees content development, education-benefits administration, and cross-functional projects across a national scope, driving alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning & development, training operations, or related field with director-level experience.
• Experience managing learning technology platforms and building BI/reporting for training.
• Proven track record leading instructional design and content development teams.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS strategy and roadmap, including platform direction and integrations.
• Define analytics strategy providing training completion, program effectiveness, and workforce metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across learning systems and standard reporting cadences.
• Lead scalable content development across craft, safety, apprenticeship, and leadership.
• Oversee enterprise programs and education-benefits administration; manage cross-functional projects.
