Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EHS training or related roles in industrial settings.
• Experience creating and managing EHS training programs for dispersed workforces.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations for construction and field operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical training.
• Experience designing curricula, objectives, assessments, and structured learning pathways.
• Strong adult learning and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of high-risk construction activities and safety controls.
• Ability to establish program standards and ensure consistent implementation.
• Experience leading training professionals and instructors.
• Excellent cross-level communication and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy and roadmap for EHS training across Loenbro.
• Govern enterprise training standards, curricula, qualification requirements, learning pathways, and the EHS training matrix.
• Ensure programs align with regulatory requirements, company policies, operational risks, and client expectations.
• Identify workforce competency gaps and develop scalable training plans.
• Maintain governance to keep training current with regulations and risks.
• Design and improve EHS training for craft, supervisors, leaders, and EHS teams.
• Create structured learning pathways from onboarding to leadership development.
• Establish objectives, standards, assessments, and qualifications.
• Integrate EHS training with NCCER and apprenticeship programs.
• Partner with EHS, Operations, HR, and Loenbro University.
• Evaluate external providers and LMS integration.
• Measure training effectiveness via assessments and KPIs.
