Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies in the United States seeks a senior leader to design, launch, and scale learning and technical training programs that strengthen workforce capability across operations and corporate functions.

You will lead the learning strategy, oversee safety and compliance training, build apprenticeship pipelines, manage LMS/LXP tools, and translate knowledge into scalable resources with data-driven insights to drive customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading Learning & Development in industrial/technical environments.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and workforce capability programs across operations and corporate functions.
• Drive safety, regulatory, and technical training excellence.
• Build and scale apprenticeship and skilled-trade pipelines with external partners.
• Leverage learning technology to deliver scalable resources and KPI-driven insights.
