Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead modern workplace and core infrastructure functions in a remote-friendly setting. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architecture and partner collaboration to deliver secure, scalable enterprise platforms.

You will oversee Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, identity, endpoints, networking, and monitoring while guiding a small team and managed services partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms, modern workplace technologies, and technology operations.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Biotech/pharma/healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred, with GxP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise roadmaps, architecture standards, and lifecycle plans for modern workplace technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and workplace solutions; lead high-risk technical decisions and escalations.
• Modernize and operate platforms to improve reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish engineering and lifecycle standards with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality partners.
• Lead and develop infrastructure engineers and oversee vendors with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Partner with application, data, AI, security, and business teams to translate requirements into secure platforms.
• Manage budgets, licensing, cloud consumption, contracts, vendor relationships, and communicate roadmaps to executives.
