Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise roadmaps, architecture standards, and lifecycle plans for modern workplace technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure; lead high-risk decisions and escalations.
- Modernize and operate platforms to improve reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Establish standards in partnership with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality.
- Lead infrastructure engineers and manage service desk, vendors, and MSPs.
- Collaborate with application, data, AI, security, quality, and business teams.
- Manage budgets, licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships; communicate roadmaps to stakeholders.
