Job summary
Travere Therapeutics in San Diego seeks a Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead modern workplace and core infrastructure. You will own architecture, engineering, modernization, and reliable operation across Microsoft 365, AWS, identity & access, endpoints, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
This hands-on role (about 60%) guides a small team and manages service partners while shaping standards, security, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships through
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platforms.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute roadmaps for modern workplace and cloud infra.
- Design, implement, automate, and troubleshoot complex infra and workplace solutions.
- Modernize platforms for reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Lead engineers, manage vendors, and ensure service levels and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable platforms.
- Manage budgets, licensing, and partnerships; communicate risks and trade-offs to executives.
