Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead the modern workplace and core infrastructure. You will own architecture, engineering, and operations across Microsoft 365, identity, cloud, networking, compute, storage, backup, and monitoring.

As a hands-on leader, you will split time between architecture and execution, guiding a small team and partner vendors while ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable platforms that support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• 7+ years leading technical teams with budgets and roadmaps.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (GxP).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps, architecture standards, and lifecycle plans for modern workplace tech and cloud infra.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure; lead major changes and escalations.
• Modernize platforms to improve reliability, security, and scalability.
• Establish standards with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality partners.
• Lead engineers and oversee vendors with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into secure platforms.
• Manage budgets, licensing, cloud consumption, contracts, and investment priorities; report to executives.
