Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead the modern workplace and core infrastructure. You will oversee architecture, engineering, modernization, and operation of Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and more.

This is a hands-on leader role guiding a small team and managed services. You will shape roadmaps, drive high-risk changes, and partner with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality to enforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Microsoft), and modern workplace tech.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps and standards for modern workplace technologies and cloud infra.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infra solutions; lead high-risk decisions.
• Modernize platforms for reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish standards for identity, endpoint, security, and lifecycle management with Cyber Security and Risk teams.
• Lead, develop, and oversee engineers and service providers with clear SLAs and ownership.
