Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead the modern workplace, cloud, and core infrastructure. You will oversee architecture, engineering, modernization, and reliable operation of Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, and hybrid infrastructure.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding a small team and working with managed service partners to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure and resilient

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Biotechnology/pharma/life sciences or regulated-industry experience preferred; GxP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise roadmaps and architecture standards for modern workplace technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure; lead high-risk decisions and escalations.
• Modernize platforms for reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency; ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Establish standards in partnership with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality for identity, endpoint, Zero Trust, and lifecycle management.
• Lead and develop infrastructure engineers; manage service providers and vendors with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Collaborate with application, data, AI, security, and business teams to translate requirements into secure platforms.
• Manage budgets, licensing, cloud consumption, contracts, and vendor relationships; communicate roadmaps and risks.
