Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead the modern workplace and core infrastructure. You will own architecture, engineering, modernization, and reliable operations for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint services, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring.

The role combines hands-on leadership with hands-on technical work, guiding a small team and MSP partners while shaping roadmaps and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience in regulated industries (biotech/pharma) preferred; GxP familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps and standards for modern workplace and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, configure, automate, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and workplace solutions.
• Lead and supervise engineers and MSPs; manage escalations and high-risk changes.
• Establish standards for security, identity, endpoints, and lifecycle management withCyber Security
• Oversee budgets, licensing, cloud consumption, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with app, data, security, QA, and business teams to implement scalable platforms.
• Communicate roadmaps, performance, risks, and trade-offs to executives.
