Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-year change initiatives focusing on measurable outcomes and benefits realization.
• Executive advising, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to influence senior leaders and align diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow the enterprise change management strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact change initiatives across domains to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
• Direct the Center of Excellence for Organizational Change Management and embed change management in planning and delivery.
• Build organizational change capability through coaching, tools, and development across leaders and teams.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and institute leaders to design people-centered change strategies.
