Chart Industries is seeking a strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment commercial strategy across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial markets.
• Proven experience building and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership to the regional Industrial sales organization and manage budgets.
• Partner with Marketing to develop messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
• Coach and develop sales professionals to foster collaboration and accountability.
