Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in Industrial sales/marketing leadership.
• Proven track record in commercial growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Forecast, plan, and report on pipeline and performance.
