Chart Industries seeks a strategic and results-driven Director, Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment commercial strategy across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This leadership role drives profitable growth in the Industrial New Build market through regional sales plans, strategic customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Chart’s global business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets, including sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas, aligning with overall commercial objectives.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share and strengthen Chart's position.
