Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial segment across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

This role will drive growth, lead a regional sales team, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business, while managing budgets and forecasting to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Marketing.
• 10+ years in Industrial markets with sales, marketing, and business development.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Experience leading regional sales teams and managing complex matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and budgeting across the region.
• Partner with Marketing to deploy messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
