• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, strategic planning, and budget management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and lead within a matrixed global organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and market strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing for cross-selling.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify opportunities.
• Provide voice of the customer for product development and planning.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share.
• Coach and develop sales professionals and foster collaboration.
• Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and budgeting.
