Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales-Engineered Equipment for the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico, to lead regional commercial strategy and accelerate profitable growth across the Industrial New Build market.

The role requires steering a regional sales organization, fostering partnerships with customers and channel partners, and aligning with product management and marketing to drive cross-selling and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Industrial markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
• Proven success building executive-level relationships.
• Forecasting, strategic planning, and budget management experience.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and lead within a matrixed global organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy across the Americas.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strategic customer, channel, and industry relationships.
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and market strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other units.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market share.
• Coach and develop sales professionals and foster collaboration.
• Manage pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Marketing to deploy messaging and materials.
